BCOE&M 2.7.0: General Help
For those experiencing any issues related to initial browser-based setup of BCOE&M, the bcoem_baseline_2.X.X.sql document is available the package in the /sql folder. It contains the necessary database structure and dummy data for a NEW installation that can be imported via phpMyAdmin or shell access. Be sure to follow the directions in the document before use, especially those relating to security.
In-App Help
As of version 2.0.0, help is available within the application itself for the most common BCOE&M user and administration functions.
In version 2.0.0+, help can be accessed on any screen that features a question-mark icon in the top navigation bar. Clicking the icon will bring up a modal window providing just-in-time help, such as this one for the My Account page:
